Our monthly subscription is valid for 45 days from the start date and our weekly subscription is valid for 10 days.
However, if you have planned travel our system allows you to pause your subscription (through the dashboard after logging in). You may select your travel days at least two days in advance and system extends your subscription for those many days. This special pause feature is available in your dashboard after logging in . Please remember that your subscription needs to be paused at least two days in advance. You can not use the pause feature for the same day or the next day.
1. Which areas do you deliver ?
Please select meal type and area on home page and click "search". It will display options available in your area and the available meal type combinations.
2. What time do you deliver breakfast?
Currently, our partners deliver breakfast along with dinner in the evening. We deliver between 7 pm to 9 pm
3.What time do you deliver Lunch?
We deliver lunch between 11 am to 1 pm
4. What time do you deliver Dinner?
We deliver dinner between 7 pm to 9 pm
5.Can you deliver combo meals at different address /location ?
Combos meals are delivered at a single address only. If you want delivery at different location / address, please select individual option.
6.I have rotation weekly off ?
You may pause your subscription for your weekly off.

The deciding factors for any tiffin service are variety of meals and service (in addition to taste). Our weekly options will enable you to make a conscious decision. We feel that a single delivery is not the ideal way for decision making and hence we recommend a weekly subscription to begin. You may opt for our weekly option before committing on a monthly basis.
1. Can I change my phone number?
Yes, you may go to dashboard and update your phone number.
2. Can I change my address during an ongoing subscription?
Unfortunately, that feature is not available at the moment. You may pause your current subscription and place a new order.
We encourage ONLINE ordering as we have tried to minimize the manual interface.
When you place an order online as per your choice, the order is directly sent to kitchen and delivery team.
This avoids any confusion or mismatch in your order and actual delivery.
1. I am not able to make the payment. I clicked on "Yeah Pay now" but it comes back to the same screen.
Please fill the "Address" box. You need to add address for every order / menu item in your cart. "Add Address" field is available on the same screen as "Yeah Pay Now"
2. Do I need to make immediate / advance payment ?
Yes. This is a monthly service and pricing is based on the commitment.
3.What is Cancellation policy ?
We do not have a cancellation policy but you may pause your subscription in the system by logging in through the dashboard.

5.How does it works?
It's a simple 2 minute process. Please register yourself first and just follow the step by step instructions.

Based on the area & partners, we have both weekly and monthly options
2. Can I customize my meal plan ?
Our pricing is based on Standardized meal plan. We may not be able to customize a package.

6. Can you deliver trial meal / I want to try before ordering ?
Depending on partners, you may try our 5 days option.
7. Can I change meal in between my subscription ?
We give only "one" non veg dish every day. Also, once a week (in middle of the week) we give all veg

9. Can I shift between Restaurants / Caterers ?
No. You may select weekly options instead to try different restaurants.
10. Do I get volume discount? I am ordering 10/50, etc..
Our pricing is already on volume basis. This is the best price we have to offer. However, we can take separate catering order if you wish.

Can you include Karela in my meal?
Our pricing is based on standardized meal plan. We may not be able to customize a package.
However, we ensure that our menu changes every day. We also strive to keep oil and masala to the optimum level.
1. Which oil do you use ?
Most of our partners use "Sunflower" oil.
2. What type of rice do you use ?
Long grain rice.
3. What is packing quality ?
Food grade,microwave safe
4. What do you give in Non Veg ?
Generally, chicken and egg preparations.
5. Do you give fast (Upvas) food ?
Not yet.
1.How do I view the status of my order ?
Please visit your dashboard and view under "My Orders" tab
2.How do I check about my delivery ?
Please call respective restaurant to check for your delivery. Restaurant details are available on "View Profile" page of a the restaurant
3.Who do I call about food quality ?
You have two options. You may leave a review about any particular restaurants food quality on the system through the dashboard. You may also call the restaurant / caterer directly as per the numbers given in profile
4.What happens for COD ?
COD orders are based on acceptance by the restaurant /caterer. However, you may use the system for all regular features like order placement, pause, feedback.
Please ensure you have added the address for each menu item. Even after this if it doesn't go through, please contact your bank.
Our commitment is to deliver fresh food. We cook only basis firm order.
Your delivery starts from 2nd day of ordering (If you order today, delivery starts from day after tomorrow). We don't deliver on Fridays.
